For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:45 - 08:15: Optioanl pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City.
12:30 - On arrival at pier, you will board your Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by professional and friendly crew.
13:00 - Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. Sailing with Royal Palace Cruise in very tranquil route, exploring the exotic beauty of the legendary Bay, a feeling in paradise will come to you.
14:30 - Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. This is the best time to relax after lunch and enjoy your privacy, capturing stunning photos of the legendary bay.
15:00 - Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture panoramic view of Halong Bay. Swimming and relax in cool water after hiking.
16:00 - Kayaking & Relaxing.
17:00 - Back to the boat for shower.
17:30 - Join the sunset party on the sundeck in warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music, wearing traditional costumes for kings, queens and mandarins.
19:00 - Enjoy the special dinner cooked by our professional chef.
20:30 - The moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner, listening to music, singing karaoke, relaxing on the sundeck, squid fishing available for entertainment during the night time. Overnight on ROYAL PALACE CRUISE.

09:00 Back to Royal Palace Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Halong Bay. Passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.
10:00 Cooking class opened right on the cruise.
11:00 Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.
12:30 Get on the bus to Hanoi.

We joined the Royal Palace cruise to Halong bay tour this week with our cruise host Alex which gave us an unforgettable memories duirng our 2 day 1 night trip. Alex entertained whole guest very well and we even played some Israeli music on the sun deck, thank you.

We joined 2 days 1 night Halong Bay tour in 5-6/10. This is our first trip in Vietnam. It�s amazing! Halong Bay landscapes is awesome! It must impress everyone. Luckily during our tour the weather is really really good! The boat and the room is very clean. We live in 3/F room. The room is very big. You can sunbathing in front of the door. The meal taste good and big enough. You can try different Vietnamese food on the boat. Also those activity are fun and enjoyable. Canoeing, hiking, cooking class, swimming, those are fit for 2 days. Our tourist guide Mr. Lucky. He is funny, honest and attentive people. You should travel with him. My girl friend is vegetarian. Mr. Lucky take care of her every meal. He orders the cook makes vegetarian food every meal, even it�s a buffet. I appreciate it. Also, those activities arrangement is very good. In the activity, he will take you to the best place of the attraction. We always faster than other groups. And he introduces the history very clear. It�s a great trip to Halong Bay!

Our travel agent booked us 2 nights 3 days cruise with Azela Cruises. The boat was beautiful and cabins are spacious, with a good balcony and with a panoramic tub. Before boarding the cruise our travel agent told us that a storm is heading Halong bay and our cruise is to be shortened to 1 night. Nobody from the staff was willing to tell us anything about the plans and even our question to the cruise manager were responded evasively, even though it was clear that the plans were changed. As we were not sure who is right (our travel agent or the cruise manager), we were busy the first half day in trying to decide whether to change our plans and book alternatives or wait the next day. Only in the evening the cruise manager told everybody about the cancellation of the 2nd night and 3rd day, but didn�t emphasize the changes in plans for the next day, so we missed most of the activities in the second half day as well. It felt like the cruise is organized like a scout camp and it looks like it is managed to spill from you as much money as possible. The food was nice, not more and the WiFi was terible

We opted for the more expensive option (tour wise) and got royal palace. We certainly were not disappointed! The manager Alex gave us an upgrade room free of charge, so had a private balcony and large room. Towels were made into swans! Tour wise, I'd avoid Ti Top island if possible, as its been turned into a tourist trap. But the kayaking and pearl farm were great! Food is plentiful and the service is superb!

We travelled 2 days + 1 night with Royal Palace Cruise with Alex as our captain and Sui as our tour guide. We had a very enjoyable trip and highly recommend booking with these guys! Alex and the cruise crew were very friendly and provided great service. Sui was so friendly and knowledgable and did an amazing job of keeping everyone on track for the tour. All cruise activities were planned and ran smoothly! Thank you for a lovely trip.
