For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:45 - 08:15: Optional pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Ha Long City.
12:30 - On arrival at pier, you will board your Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by professional and friendly crew. Check into cabin.
13:00 - Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. Sailing with Royal Palace Cruise in very tranquil route, exploring the exotic beauty of the legendary Bay, a feeling in paradise will come to you.
14:30 - Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. This is the best time to relax after lunch and enjoy your privacy, capturing stunning photos of the legendary bay.
15:30 - Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture panoramic view of Halong Bay.
16:30 - Kayaking & swimming
18:00 - Join the sunset party on the sundeck in warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music, wearing traditional costumes for kings, queens and mandarins.
19:00 - Enjoy the special dinner cooked by our professional chef.

06:00 - Morning exercise with our Tai Chi master, a perfect healthy way to start a new day.
07:00 - Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits.
08:15 - Transfer to our daily boat. Full day activities (from 8:AM - 16:00) on day boat. cruising to other parts of Halong Bay, less touristy
09:30 - Get off the boat to discover a beautiful cave named “Fairy Lake cave”, very famous for the beauty, geological and historical values. Tourists can see and take photos of beautiful stalagmites and stalactites and a mysterious lake as well.
10:30 - Kayaking, discovering the tranquil bay.
12:00 - Back to the daily boat and relax before enjoying lunch on boat.
13:00 - Keep cruising to other parts of Halong for an hour more.
14:00 - Stop over at a fishing farm, where the local people raise fish and cultivate pearls.
15:00 - Keep cruising back.
16:00 - Back to your sleeping boat to relax and enjoy your private time on boat.

First of all I want to thank the whole cruise crew a big big thank for taking care us so nicely. Your kind gesture, caring, well behaved staffs made lot of difference during our stay. I want to mention specially about the head chef who taken care our food habit so nicely. All staffs always served us with a big smile on their face. Cruise room was nice and the balcony room gave me lot of enjoyment particularly night time relaxation with my family. Nice clean cozy room. Your dinner, lunch and evening sunset party menu was really very tasty. In short its worth spending every penny for this vacation. Only one small feedback as we got few small cockroaches in our room, so please do proper pest control time to time. But I don't want to spoil the overall rating due to this. So for me this is a recommended cruise to sail on Halong Bay. Keep up the good work!!

We have just finished our 2 night 3 day cruise with Alisa Premier Cruise - Halong Bay. I don�t think I have enough words to describe just how amazing this experience was for us. The room was beautiful, the food fantastic, activities were endless and so much fun but also learning so many interesting facts about the area, BUT most of all the staff were the true highlight of our stay, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable, checking on us regularly to make sure we had everything to make our stay what was, Cruise Manager - Phillip, Assistant manager Anna, Jackie (chan) and Boo were our absolute favourites, I have travelled quite a bit throughout Europe and this was the most outstanding service I have received by far anywhere in the world. Thank you Cruise Team, we loves our stay and will recommend it to anyone visiting and will definitely be back again :)

We have just returned from a 2 night Alisa Cruise and can honestly say that it was magnificent. We were on Alisa Premier. From start to finish it was brilliant. The rooms on the boat are very nice. Spacious and well decorated. The private balcony was a very nice touch. The meals onboard are of a very high standard. I am gluten free and was catered for with ease. The trips to the caves and the pearl farm were very good, guides are very knowledgeable. The whole trip the service was exemplary. Of particular note was Alice who went above and beyond for me and my fiance. Truely impeccable customer service. If you are looking for a boat tour to see the beautiful Ha Long Bay then you wont go wrong with Alisa Premier Cruises. We would not hesitate to book up again.

Very good room, food, service and organization! Not cheap but worthwhile. Rather new steal ship too. Had a little crash in the harbour. Alisa just needed a bit of paint. The other needed a good carpenter..

We had an amazing time in Ha Long Bay , paradise on this planet. The ALISA Premier Cruise was pleasurable experience , food was delicious (with lot of vegetarian food option) , amazing line of activities for guests. The services of Mr. Hoan Xuan (Tony) enhanced the overall experience which is personalize attention , eye for detail and standing true to the fact that this is service industry.
