For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 2: Phu Quoc Island explorer by jeep

09.00 Pick you up from your hotel and head to the North of Phu Quoc Island by jeep. Besides enjoying the exciting jeep drive on the island roads, you will have 1 hour hiking tour in the national park, to explore and enjoy the nature. Following the national park, you will continue driving to Rach Vem floating fishing village. This village offers great photo-opportunities and you will learn about the local fishermen daily routine.
Lunch will be at a special local restaurant that located at Ganh Dau Cape, with a view to Cambodia from your table. In addition to serving good food they also offer a very nice beach for swimming.
On the way back to the hotel, you will have one more stop at a very nice beach-bar to enjoy drinks (own expenses).
Tour end at your hotel at 5.00pm. Free time for dinner.Meals: B, L

- Day 3: Phu Quoc island boat tour

Breakfast at hotel.
09.00 Tour guide and driver pickup at your hotel and start a day trip to explore Phu Quoc island with a snorkeling and fishing tour.
Upon arrival at the port, welcome on boat then the captain will take you to a fishing pot for fishing then continue to 2 snorkeling sites. Chance to discover 2 most beautiful islands: Fingernail Island and Dam Ngang Island (optional to replace by May Rut Island subject to weather and operation conditions). Savor a delicious lunch on board between 2 snorkeling sites and enjoy sometime for sunbathing before coming back to the port.
Pickup and transfer back to the hotel around 4pm. Free time for dinner.

- Day 4: Phu Quoc – Vinpearl land & Safari tour

09.00 After breakfast, pick you up and transfer to Vinpearl Land, enjoy a day out with Vinpearl Land + Vinpearl Safari (visit one or two is your choice, pay the tickets on your own account)
17.00 Transfer back to hotel. Free time for dinner/ exploring the town.

5:00am Pick up from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi Harbor, boarding the boat for sunrise fishing tour. Enjoy Vietnamese coffee & sunrise morning on the sea.
Our tour guide and crew staff will teach you how to catch big fish. Live bait or normal squid baits are provided for catching large fishes. Let your hook down, be patience and wait, for your lucky catch!
Enjoy lunch & BBQ Fish you catch then return to the harbor.
13:30pm: back to your hotel, free time.

We were in Hanoi for only one day and this was a good way to see all the sights of Hanoi. Whilst fast paced the tour was still enjoyable. I give only four stars as I feel the tour guide could have had a bit more patience and empathy for other group members.

Our very kind guide came to pick us at our hotel and then we walked around old hanoi with her. We visited an old house, a temple, the lake and the french quarter. Our guide told us about hanoi history but also about the culture of vietnamese people. It was very nice and interesting to discuss with her and learn more about her life here. I would highly recommand !

Great tour to get a good glimpse of the city. Adorable guide who even taught us to cross the streets (which is not necessarily easy here). If you have a choice, choose the museum option. The ceramic village option is really dispensable and feels a little tourist trap ... other than that, great!

Are there any request of cloth when visit Ho Chi Minh mausoleum?

Yes. To visit mausoleum, it is respectful to cover your knees and your shoulders. You should not wear sleeveless shirts, but a sarong will be given to you to cover your legs
