Cancellation by Customer
For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.
Cancellation by Weather

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.
Children Policy
- Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
- From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
- From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
- Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
- Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Arrival in Tan Son Nhat airport, driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel.
Free at your leisure and overnight at hotel in Saigon

Day 2: Saigon - Phu Quoc

Breakfast at your hotel then free time until pick up time and transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for the flight to Phu Quoc.

Day 3: Day tour to visit National park and Cua Can River

09.30AM Pickup at the hotel and start an exciting tour to discover Phu Quoc:

Day 4: Phu Quoc - Evening fishing tour

Free day at your own leisure. Around 17.00, we start a sunset and fishing tour. As the sun disappears, the boat will anchor at the best spot, where you will most likely can catch squid and our crew will show you a secret technique, and method to get your catch of squid exactly the local fishermen do to earn their living.

Fishing gears & Baits will be provide, be ready for an experience of a life time!
Our crew will be happy to cook the squid you catch for you before we head back to the hotel. Tour ends around 21.00. Overnight at hotel in Phu Quoc.

Ha Long Bay Cruise on Stellar Our tour guide for our Ha Long Cruise and is fluent in English. The staffs and crew were friendly. Bed is comfortable and food is good! Would highly recommend this tour with AClass Stellar cruise.

Had an amazing time on The AClass Stellar cruise. The staff was exceptional and our tour guide was amazing. He gave use a brief history of Vietnam as well as a spot on descriptions of the tourists sites we went to. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Always had a smile on his face and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this cruise and it�s staff to anyone who is looking to go to Ha long Bay. The boat was comfortable and the food was fabulous.

Wonderful stay at the Aclass boat with the best host Luca My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the Aclass Stellar Cruise. Besides the wonderful view of Ha Long Bay, the team under charge of Luca was great. Thanks for being a good host!

My two friends and I spent 2 nights on the Stellar boat and had an incredible experience. We were picked up around noon from the dock by Tom "Cruise" and met Tony and rest of the fantastic crew. The rooms were very clean, the food was tasty and filling (the chefs went out of their way to take care of those with special dietary needs), and the drinks well made. During the trip we: -Explored and swam in the beautiful Halong Bay -Saw a floating village -Went squid fishing (though no luck) -Enjoyed the sunset party -Saw the sunrise and did tai chi on the upper deck in the morning -Watched a magic show by the charming Tony every night -Saw the full moon and stars over the bay -Visited a pearl farm -Saw limestone caves Our favorite part however was kayaking out to a beautiful secluded lagoon through some sea caves, to enjoy a peaceful moment of zen while listening to the sounds of waves and birds. Sitting at the front of the boat with our feet dangling as we glided across the ocean in the warm sun will forever be with us. We would highly recommend this cruise to families, backpackers, and groups alike, as the crew took great care of everyone!
