    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries

Finger Island – Dam Ngang Island – OR – May Rut Island

Around 09:30am: Our guide will meet you at the lobby only in Duong Dong town (surcharge for far pick-up) and to go directly to Southern Tip of the Island
-where you be met by our crews and board the boat.
-Our Captain will stop at Hot Spot for 30minutes for you to enjoy hands on fishing.
-There will be two island for snorkeling : each island you will have an hour to enjoy snorkeling.
Finger Island - Dam Ngang Island or May Rut Island
- Enjoy a delicious Lunch & Fresh Tropical Fruits on Board between island snorkeling
-afterward the captain will continue to your second island for snorkeling
-When we finish snorkeling, the captain will cruise slowly back to harbor, you can enjoy for relaxing time or sunbathing on board.
-15:30: Boat will arrive at harbor and our driver will transfer you back your hotel at or (Drop off Point)
-16:30 – End of Tour

We booked a day tour with V'Spirit Cruise where we were picked up by our guide from our hotel to Halong Bay. Rose was very entertaining and provided us with interesting facts of the massive group of 1969 islands around Halong Bay during the entire tour. The boat tour was great with a visit to the caves and an opportunity to kayak. As we were the only ones staying overnight at Halong Bay Rose made sure we knew our pick up location. Certainly highly recommended for Halong Bay!

My family and I did this trip from Hanoi. We had a great time. It was all organised very well and our guide Ducky ensured we had all the information and everything was explained very well. He also made sure everyone on the tour understood him which was great, many tour guides dont make that much effort. The highlights were the kayaking and the Cave tour. In the caves Ducky gave explanations of the rock formations and pointed out some funny pictures to take. Would recommend this cruise. They also catered for vegetarians and Vegans.

We did 2 night/3 day cruise with V'Spirit Cruise. from the moment we we collected from our Hotel in Hanoi we knew we were going to have a special time. Our tour guide for the first day, Rose, prepared us with Vietnamese history and facts. From our arrival on the boat we were engaged in many different sight-seeing and other activities for the 3 days. Our second tour guide, Dan (the Man), took care of my family on the second day and we did some special activities in a smaller group. Tour guide Victor made sure we got back to Hanoi safely. We're a family of four (two teenagers) and the cruise was perfect...hiking, kayaking, caves, cooking class, swimming and more. The crew on the boat were friendly and helpful. Early mornings and evenings on the boat are special memories. All of the guides are friendly and very funny. Highly recommend V'Spirit Cruises!

It's hard to select an organisation for a tour to halong bay out of all the organisations offering these tours. V'spirit has a good price-quality! - nice rooms - very friendly staff - oldfashioned restaurant - the exterior of the boat is misleading, because it's old and not so beautiful. The inside is very nice and comfortable though. - delicious food - different activities than the other boats such as the beautiful sunset beach (please go all the way to the top for a magnificent sunset view) - all the groups visit the caves; we didn't like it so much - lovely sundeck - nice tourguide - terrible stop at a giant tourist shop during our transport from Hanoi to Halong Bay.

3 day 2 night Great trip for the whole family. Food was excellent. Guides Peter, Dan and Dong were great. Good vessel to take in the amazing views.
