For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 1: HCMC - My Tho - Ben Tre - Can Tho

7:30-8:00: Pick up at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city
Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields. On arrival at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantations and villages. Proceed to Can Tho. Overnight in the hotel (family home-stay with dinner can be arranged on request). Free time to visit the bustling Can Tho market.

Check into your hotel on arrival at Can Tho. Free to explore the city on your own in the evening. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Can Tho.
Option 2: Homestay (D)
Transfer by motorboat to a small village in Cai Rang district. Check into your riverside cottage. In the afternoon, go cycling or trekking around the village to experience the rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta people. Have dinner and overnight in your riverside cottage.Meals: L, D

- Day 2: Can Tho - Chau Doc - Tra Su Sanctuary

Taking a very early morning boat trip (5:30 am usually recommended) to visit the Cai Rang floating market which is the wholesale market of fruit and vegetable at its busiest at this time of the day. Keep cruising through the small channels system and visit a rice noodle making a village. Experience the “Monkey Bridge” in the Delta. Head towards Phong Dien for the smaller, quieter floating market (optional for private tour). Break for lunch. Proceed to Chau Doc and continue the tour to visit Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds. On the way back stop by to visit Sam Mountain, the Cave pagoda (if time permitted).
Back to the Town, hotel checks in. Overnight in Chau Doc.Meals: B, L

7.00am be picked up and transferred to a speed boat station for the final part of the journey to Phnom Penh. Arrive at Sisowath tourist dock in Phnom Penh at around 2pm. End of services.Finish your Exit to Cambodia through the lower Mekong river.

Thank you for organizing an excellent full day tour for us, with our knowledgeable guide. We found the Countryside fascinating and beautiful. Enjoyed our tours to a hat making home. A home where the family made mats, a factory that made rice paper and rice noodles. We fell I love with the children in the orphanage rain by Buddist nuns- it is truly an amazing place. We will recommend our friends and family to take this unforgettable tour- Thankyou!

This was an excellent tour that provided a glimpse into everyday lives of the Viet Namese people. We enjoyed seeing folks at work in the different industries important to life here. Lunch was wonderful, a nice variety of local foods.

My family and I were booked on the Diamond Princess cruise to SE Asia in January 2019. We were looking for private tour recommendations from friends and family as we know that booking via Princess can be costly (and in massive groups of up to 40!) We were initially recommended a different company but they did not conduct tours in Nha Trang, only in Saigon. That company referred us to this company. We had many emails back and forth and clear instructions about how to reach the tour van from the port gate (a 3 minute walk). This was an incredible private tour and I would highly recommend this tour company. I have been on Princess excursions before and they just don't have the same authentic 'feel' as a private tour.

We had a perfect countryside tour exeiprance with a knowledgeable tour guide and comfortable car ride. Payment is only at the end of the day with total satisfaction guaranteed. Highly recommended for a uniqu Vietnam countryside day away from city.
