For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

We are really excited because this is our first time to get together with my siblings out of the country, and it was so amazing and unforgettable. Athena Cruise was one of the best boat we�ve ever seen here, the food was so delicious, the staffs are very efficient. Thank you for giving us the experience that we will never forget.

I enjoyed my stay here at Athena Cruises specially the kayaking activity. It was so fun! The staff was good in service! The foods in buffet dinner is delicious. Special thanks to Ms. Megan the manager of Athena cruises. I will surely recommend this cruise to my family and friends and i will come back soon!

We looked forward to our trip to the famous Halong Bay. What luck to travel on Athena Elegance with Tim and his team. It was everything we hoped for and more. The journey was smooth sailing from start to finish. :-). Tim , Jessica and the team were excellent, professional and fun ! We were so happy to sail with such good people and enjoyed our time immensely. Well done everyone. We greatly appreciate your efforts and recommend you and Athena to anyone wishing to include Halong Bay on their itinerary.

We stayed 3d2n on the Athena Elegance with our 3 year old energetic boy and were really happy with the cruise. Manager Tim is a very smart and kind man and speaks really good english. Staff is very helpfull, kind, easygoing but also very professional. We were worried about safety beforehand (kid) and all our concernes were washed away. New and good equipment, clean rooms and good and healthy food. Apt for vegetarians. Tim was informed well about the ingredients ( my wife has a gluten intolerance). We had some reall nice days and take home only the best memories. Highly recommended!!
