    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itinerary

Start at 8:30 from your hotel to Cau Da Port. Cruise to Hon Mun Island and Hon Tam Island, where you stop for fishing & snorkeling.
In the black-stone caves of Hon Mun, every year flocks of swallow migrate to the area and build their nests. Due to the island's location adjacent to the hot sea-currents from the equator, suitable to the development conditions of corals and various types of tropical sea creatures, the sea bed of Hon Mun is home to an abundant and diverse group of marine species, an interesting and useful place for researchers, oceanographers and tourists to observe and explore more of the sea creatures' life.
Hon Tam is well known by the wild tropical forest, long beach and clear water. Around the rock range, thousands kind of fish and colorful corals make tourists exciting and peaceful. Therefore, Hon Tam Resort is a wonderful spot of recreation and health improvement.
Have seafood lunch at Con se Tre restaurant on Hon Tre Island (Bamboo Island). Enjoy the fish you catched.
Relax and swim.
On the way back to the shore, have a short visit to a fishing village to see the fresh shrimp, zoo groupers, sea crab raised in floating cages. Car and guide transfer you back to your hotel.
Tour ends at around 16:00 or 17:00.

We booked the full day walking tour and our guide Anh met with us at the hotel that we were staying at. She showed us around the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Temple of Literature in the morning and explained why many of the culturally significant sites were the way they are, from the important meaning in color, the architectural influences, and traditions at the temples. In the afternoon we enjoyed a tour around old quarter where we were staying, she was so kind as to let us know where the food spots were even though we didn�t book a food tour! Fluent in English, our guide was openly willing to accommodate anything we wanted to do and I felt like we had a more personal experience than other tours we have been on, like friends! Hanoi free walking tours has my highest recommendation for providing a quality tour that gives you a chance to meet with the future leaders of Vietnam (the students). After the tour I knew so much more about the deep culture and tradition in Vietnam. I urge you don�t miss one of these tours when in Hanoi, it�s a great chance to meet local and see the beautiful city.

We just finished our walking tour our guide, one of the lovely tour guides. She was very friendly and had excellent English. She was able to answer all of our questions and volunteered a lot of very interesting information- not only about what we were aiming to see on our tour but she also pointed out things that were happening around us and explain them. It was about a 3 hour tour and allowed a bit of time to shop in the market. We had a great time and I would recommend this highly to anyone.

I had an enjoyable time with my guide who was able to bring me up to speed on my very limited knowledge of Vietnamese history. He was able to answer my questions with ease and pointed out things I would never have noticed like the alleyway allowing residents to cut through a block onto another street (which reminded me a lot of Lyon�s traboules). Also a great artist, Son left me with a sketch to remember the tour by. I would highly recommend doing one of these tours to orientate yourself around the dizzying streets of the old quarter!
