For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

08.00 Pickup at hotel and transfer to Halong Bay.
11.30 – 12.15 Arrival at Tuan Chau international Pier and welcome at Victory cafe
12.15 Transfer to cruise ship, Welcome Drink – cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins – Departure to Halong Bay
13.00 Savor a delicious Vietnamese set lunch as Victory Star heads to Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets .
15.00 Transfer from Victory Star Cruise to rowing boat to visit Vung Vieng fishing village – Visit the Floating village , the rowers are local girls wearing traditional costume. It’s the opportunity to see the fisher’s daily life with the primary features in the charming nature
16.00 Return to Victory Star Cruise for free time at your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Kayak into the floating village or swim near the boat. Option on board activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, etc..
17.00 Continue cruising through the bay
18.00 Anchorage for overnight at Ho Dong Tien area.

08.00 – 09.00 Arrive at Sung Sot cave. Explore the most famous grotto in entire Halong bay.

I would recommend this 2 day cruise to anyone who would like to enjoy seafood and local hospitality. The activity including a boat trip, kayaking, work in the cave and squid fishing. The tour guide is very good and speaking good English. The boat offer many varieties of drinks, cocktail, mocktail, smoothie.

It was a wonderful Cruise and stay was very well organized. Though the cruise is small with only 4 cabins, it was very clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be the only guests on deck and we felt like we were on a private luxurious boat. Guide (Nam) was very informative and caring person who took us to the bay, floating village, oyster forms, cultural caves and also for kayaking. The Crew was also friendly and super nice (espcially the caretaker Zung). The chef was great creator of tasty seafood cuisines. Cheers to the team! White Dolphin cruise - Strongly recommendable.

Ngam & his colleagues of White Dolphin cruises gave us a memorable trip of Halong Bay that will remain etched in our memory for years to come. I feel a smaller ship (like the one we travelled in) with a capacity to host only 16 people is actually just perfect to enjoy the calm & serenity of the beautiful Ha Long Bay. We got lucky thought....that night there were 6 guests including us, and the whole boat was OURS!!!!. For a seafood fanatic, this is the right place to be. Fresh crabs, clams, oysters, fish, prawns, squids and the works cooked by the in house chef was super delicious and almost had a home like feel to it. Loads of activities on board for you to engage in or one can choose to just relax and soak in the beauty of a magical sunset on a sail off the Ha Long Bay. It's a must for anyone who visits Vietnam!

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! My husband and I were onboard for one night, the ship was great, staff were so attentive and the food was SO GOOD ( almost too much of it ) We did a cave tour, kayaking, spring roll making and went and visited the famous floating villages... all of which was made even more fun by our guide Nam.
