For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Caves

09.00 Optional pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Once they have arrived, we will begin our transfer to Hai Phong city.12:00 Rest at the harbour as the V’Spirit Premier Cruise completes its final preparations. We can board shortly after this and enjoy our welcome drink.13:00 Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers outside the windows.15:15 On sampan boats, some residents of the bay will show us their home by taking us to the Dark & Bright caves, two gorgeous caverns with a vast and enclosed lake on the other side. Swimming is also available here.17:00 We return to the V’Spirit Premier Cruise to catch the daily spectacle of a gorgeous sunset, as well as happy hour at the bar.19:00 Along with a fantastic dinner, we have a very special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room or on the top deck. Before you retire to your cabin tonight, perhaps you would like to head to the bar, the spa (book in advance) or join the crew for some squid fishing.

06:00 Begin your new day with the Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by our onboard Tai Chi teacher as the sunrise greets us from behind the mountains.
07:00 Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.
08:15 Experience some fantastic kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen in order to know more about their life and how they work every day.
10:00 Return to the ship and enjoy the cooking demonstration put on by our talented chef as they give you an insight into Vietnamese cuisine, then sit down for a lovely lunch buffet, on our approach to the harbour.
11:45 Stepping off the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at the harbour, we board the bus and head back to Hanoi.

The thimg that brings the rating down is the discrepancy between what was written om the website and what actually happened. As an example the website said we should be at the floating market (Can Tho) at 6am with early wakeup. However we met up 6.45 and arrived at the market eightish. Thus there where no sunrise and early morning light for photography. Nor where there any locals left for their morning shopping. When we asked the guide he said that no one gets upp that early anymore - thay was just during the war when markets took place in the cover of darkness. My suspicion though is thay the tour has struck some deals with some traders and the market - to keep the number of tourist down during busy hour. Still a good tour if you know what to expect.

I really loved this tour and I would highly recommend it! The first day was slightly less interesting but then the second and third day, entirely spent on the Mekong river, were absolutely amazing. The tour was very well-organized, our tour guide was very professional, the accommodation exceeded my expectations and all the meals were superb. The border crossing was very smooth. Definitely the best way of going to Cambodia from Ho Chi Minh City.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the cruise made for an unforgettable experience. On board accommodation was very good considering and the meals were excellent, with more than enough to eat. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and provided excellent support throughout. The cruise provided some extra land based activities as well as the opportunity to navigate a small back channel in a sampan which just added to the experience. I'd certainly recommend to anyone visiting Saigon to visit the Mekong.

Incredibly well organised trip and the guide was both entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. Amazing how many different, unforgettable experiences were packed into the tour. It was brilliant value for money and I would highly recommend.
