    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

    • From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

    • Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Day 1: Hanoi - Yen Duc Village - Halong internation cruise port - Bai Tu Long - Cap La

7:30 – 8:00: Optional pick up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter area.
10:20 – 10:30: Arrive at Yen Duc village
10:30 – 11:45: Relax and enjoy water puppet show. Have lunch in Yen Duc village.
12:00: Transfer from Yen Duc village to Halong Bay
13:15 – 13:30: Embark at Halong International cruise port.
13:45 – 14:00: Check-in, enjoy welcome drink & cruise briefing.
14:00 – 16:45: Cruise to Cap La
17:00 – 18:00: Join cooking class with chef to learn how to make Vietnamese dishes.
18:00 – 18:15: Back to junk for relaxing.
19:00 – 21:00: Have dinner and overnight on board in Cong Do.

Day 2: Cap La - Cong Dam - Thien Canh Son Cave

07.30 – 08.00: Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air.
08.30 – 09.00: Start cruising to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay.
09.00 – 11.00: Enjoy tender through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam. Go swimming in the crystal water.
11.00 – 11.30: Back to junk for lunch and relaxing. Reach to Hon Co Island for swimming to discover the stunning scenery of the Bay.
12:00 - 13: 00: Have a BBQ on beach(depending on the availability and weather condition).
13:45 - 15:45: Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave .
16:00 - 17:30: Back to junk for relaxing while cruising to Cong Do. Enjoy Cong Do and Thay cave area.
19.00 – 21.00:  Have a dinner and Overnight on boat

Day 3: Cong Do - Vung Vieng village - Halong international cruise port - Hanoi

07.30: Enjoy fresh air & gentle breeze of the bay in morning. Have breakfast on board.
07.30 – 08.45: Cruise to Vung Vieng fishing village.
09:00: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms.
10.15: Check out of the cabin, start cruising towards the harbor.
11:00: Have lunch on board.
12:30 – 13.00: Disembark at Halong international cruise port.
13:15 – 13.30: Drive back to Hanoi
17:00 – 17.30: Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends

We had a great tour in Halong Bay led by "Tiger". Despite the sometimes bad weather, we have seen a lot and the goals were chosen so that we were always away from the tourist crowds on the ground. We were picked up punctually at the hotel in Hanoi and the tour was well organized. The food on the boats was great and more than enough;). We can recommend this tour to everyone. It is worth the 3-day tour to do.
